Retournez-le dans son état d'origine, non utilisé, et nous vous remboursons intégralement. Sans formalités.

Comment effectuer un retour

Pour effectuer un retour, rien de plus simple :

• Envoyez-nous un e-mail à info@ti22pure.com en indiquant votre numéro de commande
• Notre équipe vous répondra dans les 24 heures avec les instructions de retour
• Renvoyez-nous le produit, nous nous occupons du reste

Remarque : tous les retours doivent être demandés dans les 30 jours suivant la livraison et approuvés par notre service client avant l'expédition.

Produits non utilisés

Vous avez changé d'avis avant de l'utiliser ? Pas de problème. Renvoyez-le dans son état d'origine, avec tout son emballage, et nous vous rembourserons intégralement.

Used Products

Products that have been used are not eligible for a refund, unless there is a proven manufacturing defect covered by the lifetime warranty. If you have used the product and believe it is not working as intended, please feel free to contact our team.

We may ask you to send us a few photos so we can better understand the issue and help you achieve the best results. In many cases, a small adjustment in technique makes all the difference.

Refund Timelines

• You will receive a confirmation email within 3 business days of receiving your return
• The refund will be issued via the original payment method

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If we determine that the product has a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
